Returns

We respectfully remind you that returns are only applicable to purchases made online at full price.

We DON'T refund items bought at the events, we can only exchange or give a credit note for the value of the item bought.

If you wish to return your product, please use our mailing address below. We will refund you in full if the items are posted back within 7 days, or exchange within 14.

Unfortunately, due to high postage prices we will need to charge you for the second postage.

UK Deliveries

All GR designs are produced in London, so please allow up to 5-7 days for delivery, unless you opt for special next day delivery.

For all the UK orders we charge a flat rate of £7.99 via Royal Mail Sign For Service for orders below £500.

International Deliveries

For International deliveries we charge a standard rate of £60
